Inspired by the amazing coffee culture in Sweden, Svenska Café is an independently owned coffee shop and espresso bar located in the heart of Birmingham, Michigan.
It was founded in 2016 by Christina Bakalis, a passionate coffee lover and recipe creator extraordinaire.
Bonding over shared culinary values, quality ingredients, cooking fresh and from scratch and pouring love into every coffee or dish, the staff at Svenska Café work enthusiastically to create and serve tantalizing culinary delights, from pastries, to sandwiches and even ice cream, to eat in or take away.
Providing an escape from the stresses of life, Svenska Café keeps its regular clients coming back for their daily cup of coffee, lovingly made by the team of friendly baristas with meticulous attention to detail.
